That's a mistake. Instead listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-ba78369e57bc4094bf28427b2590a2dc\"><strong>Template #3: Future conversation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>How it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don't predict the future from past experiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discover your flow in the future story instead<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept the risks that are embedded in the evolving whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It's about stepping back and increasing awareness. Easy, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-0f59587dbdee418fa2f553cb637ba2d9\"><strong>Template #4: Critical conversation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>How it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accept that subjects cannot be separated from the totality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the connections between dots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distinguish dominant influences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>See that best solutions are not obvious, and you'll be wildly successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-01ec571e4f3e488f8760cbd9c65b88e7\"><strong>Template #5: Transformational conversation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>How it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be ware that reality is fragile, constantly changing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be open to change the framework you use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate perspectives to a more comprehensive approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That's the way to resolve contradictions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use these 5 conversations to solve any business problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integrative conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constructive conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Future conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformational conversation<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the past 20+ years, I have worked on solving business problems through better conversations.
