TFF #3: More happiness at work - 10 things you should definitely do and 10 things you shouldn't do
For some time now, we have been working with two exciting Mastermind groups in Liechtenstein. One group develops practical SME tools for digitization and AI, while the other is developing a roadmap for the The future of work in the country.
"To further improve the quality of life in Liechtenstein, we are making the country the most attractive place to work for employees worldwide."
An important topic in the discussion: New Work, with a special look at Liechtenstein.
The topic is topical for several reasons:
- Digital change is continuing to accelerate, especially through AI. Traditional structures are coming under pressure.
- Companies need to become more flexible: Agile methods, flat hierarchies and a Learning and growth culture become essential.
- Liechtenstein needs a own "New Work" approach - one that refers to the Strengths of the location sets.
The Group's vision is therefore clear: Motivated teams who enjoy their work, drive innovation forward and think long-term / sustainably.
Concrete indications of how such a vision can be realized are provided by a Study by University College London (UCL). It shows that employers can achieve measurable success by considering 10 things that make people happy at work and eliminating 10 common pitfalls.

Many smaller companies are heavily involved in day-to-day business and can hardly concern themselves with strategies. But long-term success depends on motivated teams.
Especially in Liechtenstein, a location with many commuters, corporate culture becomes a decisive advantage.
💡 As the two lists show, even small changes can completely change the dynamics of a team.
