For some time now, we have been working with two exciting Mastermind groups in Liechtenstein. One group develops practical SME tools for digitization and AI, while the other is developing a roadmap for the The future of work in the country.

Your purpose:

An important topic in the discussion: New Work, with a special look at Liechtenstein.

The topic is topical for several reasons:

  • Digital change is continuing to accelerate, especially through AI. Traditional structures are coming under pressure.

  • Companies need to become more flexible: Agile methods, flat hierarchies and a Becoming a culture of learning and growth essential.

  • Liechtenstein needs a own "New Work" approach - one that refers to the Strengths of the location.
