Ideas get lost between two meetings, and commitments end up on no list. In ThinkMate, the conversation and the resulting task stay in one place.

You talk through a private idea. The coach suggests a small next step and names what it is based on.

Take over a suggestion

One click turns a suggestion into a private task. Without that click, nothing is created.

Columns for Open, In progress and Done. Conversations and tasks stay saved.

Voice input

Speak a thought instead of typing it. Part of the current pilot.

Knowledge and research (planned)

Search notes, meeting results and approved sources together. Not part of the pilot yet.

Google Drive and Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Teams, Notion. Each connection gets its own approval.

Limits

  • ThinkMate can be wrong. You check suggestions before you take them over.
  • The coach does not rate people. Task progress is not shown as a performance score.
  • Training AI models with customer data is not planned.

Part of the huebner.io suite: ThinkMate, MindKeep and Decision Ground will share one sign-in per organisation.
