Talks and workshops
Talks and workshops on AI in everyday work.
I speak and run workshops on how organisations bring AI into everyday work: which tasks to start with, how decisions stay with people and what changes in leadership, communication and organisation.
Talks combine research with practice from SMEs, EDIH.li and MMIND.ai. Workshops start from the participants' own work and end with something they can test. In English and German, on site or online.
Topics
AI adoption in SMEs
Why AI pilots stall and how one recurring work process, clear review rules and trained teams get them into daily work.
Better decisions with AI
How AI widens the options and prepares research, while judgement and responsibility stay with named people.
Organisation, strategy and who gets heard
What changes in hierarchy, open strategy and employee-led innovation when AI joins the work.
Communication and leading with AI
Based on the book «Kommunikation neu gedacht» and the 2026 CEO Guide: communication, open innovation and governance.
AI in compliance and regulated work
Controlled workflows with approved sources and human approval, based on the AI Compliance Survey 2026.
Formats
Workshops for teams are run together with MMIND.ai, from an impulse talk to team training, use-case and process workshops and a product design sprint.
Keynote or impulse talk
For conferences, associations and company events, with practical examples and live demos where useful.
Panel discussion
Panels on AI, work and organisation, such as the pro-manchester panel in Salford.
Hands-on workshop
Half a day to one day: teams build and test AI skills, agents or prototypes for their own recurring work.
